Hi.

I have the same "symptoms" on my system (running unstable, too). But I
don't think there is a problem. The error appeared only recently with
(probably) new version of hotplug, which supports some new features of
2.6 kernels. Beceuse you use a 2.4 kernel, you see the error mesage.
