Upgrade to SquirrelMail 1.4.2

Thanks list for all the information on SquirrelMail. I decided since
installing blosxom from testing was straight-forward, I'd do the
SquirrelMail upgrade that way as well. So, a quick "apt-get install
squirrelmail/testing" and SM1.4.2 is up and running.

I did lose the funky SquirrelMail logo, but think that is just in my
configuration. A little tweaking, and we should be good to go. Now to
think about those shared calendar and shared todo list plugins (would like
to test it out for possibly using for a church's office of some 15-20
people).
