Did you use 2.01a11 or 2.01a12 of prodvd? According to VERSIONS,
2.01a11 is the first version that supported +RW. What drive do you
have?
Without starting a whole debate: is using prodvd illegal? The key in
cdrecord-wrapper.sh says "free for noncommercial use", that's me.
Are there any purely functional differences in dvd+rw-tools vs. prodvd
[or other Linux distros like Mandrake which seem to have DVD patches in
cdrecord itself]? Does dvd+rw-tools burn at 4x?
