I'm CC'ing this to Girish, I'm not sure he's subscribed to the mailing
list.

This mailing list is decidedly against supporting Windows. If you
want help using Windows, go pay for it like everybody else. Since
you're using rediffmail, I'm assuming you're in India. Since you're
using Windows 2000, I'm assuming you're using IIS.

According to support.microsoft.com, you need to call +1 800-936-4900.
Have your credit card handy: Microsoft charges $245/call and never
gets it right on the first call. Phone number is in the United
States, international calling fees also applies, Microsoft does not
accept collect calls (or really care about their
customers...http://news.com.com/2008-1082_3-5065859.html?tag=lh).

Or you can switch to Debian Linux, which this mailing list *does*
support. Debian is available for free from http://debian.org/ and
http://www.linuxiso.org/ During installation, you will be asked how
you want mail handled: It's easy to install a Debian system running as
a mail server right out of the box.

I hope this helps, good luck.
