I would add Morphix, it is based on Knoppix but seems to be built to 
facilitate users packaging their own distro. Last I looked it comes in a few 
flavours.

MorphixBase
MorphixCombined-Game
MorphixCombined-LightGUI
MorphixCombined-HeavyGUI
MorphixCombined-KDE - or something like that
