I have unofficial deb of flphoto. I lost the address. But you can try
apt-get.org or google for the same.

Just tried it. Does the rotating part fine, but theresulting image has
lost the important exif data, which _I_ feel is necessary for a digicam
shot.

BTW, I have not yet tried flphoto's rotation. Will come back after some
more experiments :-)
