I don't know if there is any program that lets you Do this with one click,
however you probably want to use apt for this. Take a look at the apt
howto: http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/apt-howto/

There are different ways of updating/upgrading:

1. security updates
Make sure the server for security updates is in your sources.list. See
http://www.debian.org/security/ for more information.

2. newer program versions using backports
Newer versions of many programs, including XFree 4.3, KDE 3 and Gnome 2
are available as backports for the stable distribution. Go to
http://www.apt-get.org and see if you find what you are looking for.

3. upgrading to testing or unstable
You can switch completeley to the testing or unstable version of Debian,
giving you access to the newest versions of packages available for
Debian. However, this may affect the stability and security of your
system, because sometimes things break in the testing or unstable
distributions, and they are also not officially supported by the Debian
security team.
