Oh! Before I forget.  Even if that IBM drive is labelled "Hitachi" 
or "HP", it's still an IBM drive..... 

Oh, ignore the comments from others about 80 pin cables. That's just
for extra performance in modern computers. It shouldn't affect you
with your old storage-server. (The 120G drive is capable of doing 
about 50Mb per second, your P75 will only be able to get 5 to 10Mb
per second of that drive anyway....)
