You could add the following line to your sources.list:
deb ftp://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US woody/non-US main contrib
non-free (one line)
The server provides packages that are not on the normal servers because
they may not be exported from the US. Most of them offer added crypto
functions (lynx-ssl, kdelibs3-crypto, kdebase-crypto...).
