Don't try to mount it. Just make sure your cd playing software is
pointing at the appropriate device (eg /dev/cdrom). You may then
experience permission errors. If so post back to the list or google for.

when i insert video cd, i can mount the video cd, but cannot use xine-ui
to see the movie. I can do so when i am using RedHat, therefore, i think
that the problem is under my configuraton.

I don't use xine, but again I suspect that you should not be mounting
the disc.

The problem is solved. The reason is the permission. When i do chmod 777 /dev/cdrom, all the problem are gone, including the video and CD problem.
