Google is amazing and good fun. Using 'gv' and 'bzip2-compressed' as the search terms comes up with two methods. Patch the source or use Thomas Hertweck's bgv script. I've just tried the script. It worked for me with a couple of bzipped ps and pdf files. Brian.
