GpsDrive map download

Has anyone managed to get GpsDrive to download a map.  As I understand it the
supliers of these maps were both taken over by Microsoft, and the URLs seem
to have changed from those used by GpsFetchMap (which ships with GpsDrive).

When I try to download from GpsDrive the download completes very quickly
and I suspect that it is not following the redirection.  When I do it using
GpsFetchMap is works away getting segments, and then arbitrarily fails
having crawled along getting little bits of the map.

Has anyone actually successfully downloaded any of the maps for 
Buckinghamshire in the UK, if so could you ZIP them up and send them
to me please.
