apt-move will generate a directory structure that can be burned to a CD
with mkisofs and cdrecord.  In fact, I have even created my own "install"
system and process using woody's installer but switching to the sid
packages once the boot disks are done and base-install is finished.  If
anyone is interested, I can post or email you directly my instructions on
doing this.
