Hi All,
I have a simple backup script setup with mondo that doesnt seem to quite
work right.
Every night(@daily in cron), it is supposed to run
nice /usr/sbin/mondoarchive -O -V -i -E "/some/dirs" -d /var/backups/ -k
/boot/kernel-2.4 -9 -S /var/tmp -T /var/tmp -D -F
and every week (@weekly in cron)
nice /usr/sbin/mondoarchive -O -V -i -E "/some/dirs" -d /var/backups/ -k
/boot/kernel-2.4 -9 -S /var/tmp -T /var/tmp -F
but the daily ones are not differential from the weekly ones. In fact,
its differential from a backup run a long time ago thus making it not
very differential.
both the entries above are in the crontab of the same user, i.e. root.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
