Full Path to pcnet_cs module during install

OK,

I asked this before, but perhaps I wasn't clear enough.

I know that my D-Link DFE-650 pcmcia network card uses the module: 
pcnet_cs.o

But during the first part of the installation when it cannot detect my 
network card it asks me to select from a list of modules. The pcnet_cs 
module is not listed. The default option is Other, but then I have to 
provide the full path to pcnet_cs.o.

What exactly do I type for that full path? I've tried lots of things 
that I thought might work. They don't.
