ncftp update problems ...

I was using lftp, had it working the way I wanted but when trying to use it with my new web host, refused to work. Changed to ncftp which is good but I have a problem ...

When I update my HTML I want to mirror it to my ftp. The nearest command I can find is ...

ncftpput -zR -d stdout -u smallbus -p xxxx 203.194.159.239 /www/www/ /usr/local/myfiles/dave/websites/current/*.html

This worked great first time and mirrord all my html files.
However if I change a file and execute it again, it checks the file on the server, decides its there and does not mirror it !. I have to go into ncftp to manually delete it before it will upload a fresh copy.

Any work arounds ?

Dave

Failing that any suggestions for another ftp server with mirror commant, unfortunately not lftp.
