HTML Editor with Frames

I want a HTML editor, that supports Frames, I´ve tried with amaya and some 
others, but no one display the pages with frames like a browser, with amaya 
I just can see the code, are there someone that can do that (Like 
Frontpage, but for Linux)?  or maybe amaya can display this pages and I 
have to configure something?
