Good for new users who want a taste but not ready to futz with
partitioning.  Also handy if you're in my situation where you're
allowed to use a computer you have no login on...

Check LinuxISO.org, they have this for free, as well.  Good for users
who want Debian goodness but not quite ready for the full force Debian
experience.  Good starter distro from what I've heard by those who
have tried it.

Don't recommend having a new user install testing directly, install
stable and upgrade.  The debian-installer in testing is still rather
touch-n-go.
