I doubt that anybody will be able to help you if you don't supply sufficient
other information like:
- -> dmesg output
- -> ifconfig output
- -> /var/log/messages output
- -> list of modules installed
- -> network configuration: dhcp / static
- -> have you tried pinging, does the eth0 interface exist ? ....
