I already check this - I haven't described it in my mail. When I setup the next system on my machine, I give it a second chance and send a comment to the list if it worked or not.

Go ahead and leave Windows the first partition on the first drive.
Windows doesn't like being elsewhere, but most other OS's (like Linux)
don't care.  When you install, partition the second drive for Debian,
the installer will automatically set up LILO to dual boot for you.
