Whoever is running the DHCP server for your network either has it
configured to give the wrong DNS information, or your hostmaster needs
to kick the DNS server.

You can also configure your dhcp client to ignore the DNS information
given by the DHCP server.  Look in /usr/share/doc/ or the man pages to
learn how.
