Set full-duplex network interface to half-duplex

Hello all,

After a power-peak my cable modem wasn't anymore usable, and from my isp I
have become a new one, but before I can use it my network-card must be set
to half-duplex. I've got a sweex/safeway 100 mbit full duplex card, it has
to be set to 100 mbit half-duplex, even better is 10 mbit/half duplex.

How can I do this?
