SCSI Driver for IBM ServerRaid

Hello,

I am trying to install Debian on an IBM xSeries 345. These come with
builtin SCSI cards which aren't supported by default in Woody (disk or
CD install).

The SCSI card is a ServeRAID-5i with bios version 5.11.05. How can I
compile a module that I can put onto a floppy disk which works with the
kernel on either the Disk or CD install for woody.

I have tried compiling the kernel module for 2.2.20 and inserting it
(insmod ips.o) into the boot disk but it fails with errors "unresolved
symbol scsi_unregister" and "unresolved symbol scsi_register" etc.

The modules supplied by IBM are for Redhat/Suse/Turbo/etc and don't
include Debian. Trying to use one of the modules for another distro also
fails.

Thanks in Advance
