This is probably a FAQ now. The disks are ok and if you install from them 
all the software will be from 'stable'

Check your /etc/apt/sources.list when the install completes,they will/should 
point to the woody tree, If not then I am wrong but all that needs to be 
done is edit the file--before-- you run apt-get update, which must be done 
first before upgrading or installing anything from the archives.

Debian 'official' CD's only come with the stable tree.
