Sarathy,                                              
      
  Go to http://linmodems.technion.ac.il , read , then
pick up there the utility scanmodem, and do what it
says. Read scanmodem output, it tells you which modem
chip you have, if a driver exists, how to pick it up 
and how to install it.  If there is a driver available
you should be able to find it at
linmodems.technion.ac.il .
