I got the same problem
Solved with manually installing the failing packages
So:
cd /var/cache/apt/archives
dpkg --force-all -i initscriptsXXXX.deb
dpkg --force-all -i sysv-rcXXXXX.deb
and last
dpkg --force-all -i sysvinitrcXXXXX.deb
Then dselect --> update and install
Everything gone fine
