Well, Google 'emacs tutorial' gave me among others:

http://www.lib.uchicago.edu/keith/tcl-course/emacs-tutorial.html
http://rootprompt.org/article.php3?article=359

which I haven't read in-depth, but look promising.

In plain old dead-tree book format, 'Learning GNU Emacs, 2nd Edition'
(O'Reilly) is quite good. It is a little bit outdated, but most of
the book still applies or at least gives good starting points.

However, the best resource to get information about Emacs is usenet:
comp.emacs (all emacsen flavors) and gnu.emacs.help (GNU Emacs
specific) are responsive and helpful groups.
