Problems with Sparc64 Woody?

When I saw the security notices today for Woody's glibc, I ran an "apt-get
update ; apt-get upgrade" on my Sparc Ultra5 Woody server.  (It is 100% Woody,
running as a MySQL server on my network; no X, kde, etc.)

But, the upgrade fails with the following error:

dpkg: error processing
/var/cache/apt/archives/libc6-sparc64_2.2.5-11.5_sparc.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/lib/64', which is also in package gcc-3.0
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /var/cache/apt/archives/libc6-sparc64_2.2.5-11.5_sparc.deb

Any ideas?  What am I doing wrong?  I've tried to clean things up with an 
"apt-get -f install", but that results in the same error message.  (FWIW, I 
did a parallel upgrade on my 100% Woody i386 server and that one went 
flawlessly.)
