A new maintainer team has a version in "experimental".  There are a
few unofficial versions floating around on the web too.  Or you could
compile it yourself -- it's fairly simple.  (currently you need to
compile it yourself if you want to leverage sa-exim)

Yeah, that happened about a year ago when exim4 went stable.
