Custom Debian CD Creation

Hello friends,

Instead of carrying around 8CDs of Woody all the
time I go to install it on some computer, I would
like to just carry the first bootable CD and create a
custom CD containing packages(.deb) that I need.
Also, it would be nice if I the custom CD could also be 
made the installation CD.

Is there any tool available that will help me create
the custom CD such that I may select the software I want
there, and take care of the dependencies automatically?

If yes, please tell me about it.
