Neither. I'm saying I refuse to jump through hoops like subscribing
to *send* to someone else's mailbox. Screw that. TMDA's also harmful
for mailing lists and has a tendancy to spam them occasionally with
"confirmation messages."

It's attitude of "deny everything that isn't specifically allowed" and
requiring confirmations from the sending party is both a waste of time
and bandwith. It also breaks reliable delivery, thus of RFC-2821
and it's predecessors. It's an extremely chickenshit and lossy
replacement for procmailing defensively.
