The most well-known programs are:
- GnuCash
- Kapital
- MoneyDance

Debian packages seem to be in the Utils section.

A Google search suggested these sites might be a good starting point:
- linux.org
- librenix.com
- freshmeat.net

I haven't used any of them, so can't advise which is most appropriate
for taxation purposes.
