I've heard of Debian running on similar hardware.  Give the ARM port a
try.  I don't have any ARM hardware so I haven't tried it myself, but
I'm reasonably sure it should run.  Back up what you have first in
case it doesn't.

Right now, I'm waiting for the SuperH port to stabilize and get an
installer so I can give it a go on my LG Phenom Ultra (PDA currently
running wince 2, almost full sized keyboard, half height VGA display,
PCMCIA, sound and a winmodem built in...not sure what the storage
specs are off the top of my head.  Runs on a Hitachi SuperH 3
processor).
