nfsroot: client kernel hangs

Hi people! please help:

Im triing to make an nfs-bootable system
and client kernel (with all appropriate config) 2&4&18
HANGS right after 
TCP: Hash tables configured (established 16384 bind 16384)
(no more messages or any other activity)
