This makes sense because the jigdo-file package contains the jigdo-file
utility (as well as the jigdo-lite utility).  jigdo-file is used to
create the .jigdo file.  jigdo-lite is used to download the files.  I
guess it's called jigdo-lite because a full-fledged jigdo is in
development.  Personally, I'd prefer the naming scheme "jigdo" and
"jigdo-gtk" in favor of "jigdo-lite" and "jigdo", respectively, but
that's just me.

Also, since the package contains jigdo-file as well as jigdo-lite, maybe
the name "jigdo" for the package containing them both would make more
sense.  Were they to be split, I could see separate packages named
"jigdo-file" and "jigdo-lite", but a single package that holds them all
probably ought to be called "jigdo".  Maybe the maintainer is reserving
that name for when the full-fledged jigdo becomes available.
