You can cut it down to regularly well under a dozen by adding at least
bl.spamcop.net, abuse.rfc-ignorant.org, postmaster.rfc-ignorant.org,
and your choice of entries listed on http://blackholes.us/

spamassassin does bayesian filtering in the version currently in sid.
