Do this:

1. apt-get install nvidia-kernel-src nvidia-glx-src
2. make-kpkg modules_image
3. dpkg -i nvidia-kernel*.deb
4. cd nvidia-glx-x.x.xxxx
5. dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc
6. cd /usr/src
7. dpkg -i nvidia-glx*.deb
