$ apt-cache search ppp config
gkdial - Gtk-based PPP dial-up configuration tool.
gkdial-gnome - GNOME-based PPP dial-up configuration tool.
pppconfig - A text menu based utility for configuring ppp
quickppp - PPP configuration tool
wvdial - PPP dialer with built-in intelligence.
(among others)

$ dict FIFO
which answers with:

  FIFO
            First In First Out (CPU)
