how about

grep "^Depends:" /var/lib/dpkg/status | grep -in kdelibs-data

then go to the line number it spits out to find the package(I use
vi, and hit :<line number>)

or

apt-get -s remove kdelibs-data

and see what it says will be removed along with it.
