Help with sound card - sb ct3600

Hello everyone.  My soundcard is a soundblaster CT3600.  I can't get it to work.

I am getting the following error when I try to load modules to use it as follows:

spoke:/proc# modprobe sb io=0x220 irq=10 dma=1 dma16=5 mpu_io=0x330
Soundblaster audio driver Copyright (C) by Hannu Savolainen 1993-1996
SB 4.13 detected OK (220)
sb: Interrupt test on IRQ10 failed - Probable IRQ conflict
It does the exact same thing when I use different unused irq's.

Do these errors have something to do with the fact that there is a ide controller on the card?  I haven't seen any evidence of this.  How do I get my sound card working?

Thanks,

Mark Y
