Rearrange your exim filter so that it delivers such messages directly to
the appropriate mailbox before the part that calls spamassassin.

See Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf(3pm). Try unsetting defang_mime.

See Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf(3pm). Use whitelist_from.
