man 5 hosts_access

will give you the manual page describing hosts.allow (and hosts.deny)

man exports
man exportfs

give me the other man pages. They are part of nfs-kernel-server

nfs-common        1.0.2-1  NFS support files common to client and server
nfs-kernel-server 1.0.2-1  Kernel NFS server support
