Setting depth to +16 appears to accomplish this. Cool :-) GCD, however,
can't be matched by name, however, since it of ten changes and is
different when you run the app depending on whether or not there's an
audio CD loaded and, if so, what it's called (if you're using CDDB).

Now I just need to find documentation of what all those options
do.
