Where did "rexec" go???

Hi there,

it seems that there's still rexecd (note the trailing "d") available, but rexec 
has gone?! Where is it, why was it removed?!

I need it for an old script of mine (please, no comments about the insecurity of 
rexec, I'm well aware of this fact.)
