Try apt-cdrom, it's pretty much self-explaining.

Oh, lord. The ones who don't want your confidential mail don't care and 
the rest doesn't care neither. I'd bet a lawyer was paid way too much 
for this. If you want confidential information remain secret, use 
encryption.
