The capital lettered fonts are the ones that the freetype library picks up, and the lower-case fonts are the standard X fonts. If you don't see any fonts beginning with capital letters, make sure /etc/mozilla-snapshot/prefs.js has pointers to the right paths. Freetype seems to only like TrueType fonts.
