Backup software and dhcp

Hi all,

My first question is what are people using in the way of backup software ?
I backup 80 Giga every night to a DLT 7000 and I'm using Arcserve from CAI but I don't trust Arcserve 100 % (especially with this quantity of data). Any happy/horror stories welcome (I need something that can run the library/loader too).

Second question, can anybody tell me if it is possible to set up a dhcp server on 2 machines in such a way that when the main machine goes down (and only when it goes down) the backup will automatically serve dhcp requests ? I can see how I could do it with scripts, cron and rsync but if it's already been done . . .

Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

Adam
