hi ya

i think from a big over-view part...

debian-specific stuff are..
	apt-get
	dselect
	alien

	file-system of where files are kept ...

	debian or debianized config files 

	debian-ized kernels ...
	( which modules are used, which are not.. )

compared to the 4,000 or some-odd apps and pacakages

seems the "debian admin" part is the initial installing
and configuring your deb box w/ deselect and "apt-get install"
