Seems your email isn't even leaving your machine.

If you are trying to send mail from another machine on the network
through this mail server, you probably need to review your
/etc/mail/access file and include RELAY lines for the ips of the sender
machines.

Can you get any email out at all? If you can, send some email to
echo@vbc.dyndns.org and you'll get an echo reply with your email
contents as seen by my machine. An analysis of its headers may help...
