apt-get

Hi
I have been using "apt-get install <somepackagename> and my sources.list points to
deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ stable main
I have downloaded a *.deb (that is not on the mirror) file to my harddrive and I want to install it and all the dependencys (kde libraries).
What command should I use to install this file from my harddisk and still go to the mirror for the dependencys.
tks
